Development, Trade, & Tourism referral to precede the Labor &                                                                   
Commerce Committee referral for the following:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 67                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to transferable film production tax credits; and                                                           
    providing for an effective date by amending the effective dates of
